제목 Flexible Conducting Electrodes Using an Embedded Double-Layer Structure of Gold Ribbons and Silver Nanowires
초록 We present a flexible and highly conductive double-layer structure of gold ribbons (Au RBs) and silver nanowires (Ag NWs) embedded in polymeric substrates. Prism-shaped patterns of n-paraffin were fabricated on Si substrates followed by galvanic displacement reaction of gold on uncovered Si surface. Ag NWs were selectively deposited on Au RBs by guidance of hydrophobic prism-shaped patterns of n-paraffin upon evaporation of suspending solvent. Thermal treatment at 200 °C removed n-paraffin while the double-layer structures remained. Finally, as PDMS was cured on the samples and peeled off from Si substrates, embedded double-layer structures of Ag NWs and Au RBs were fabricated in the flexible substrates. Electrical properties of the samples are characterized by measuring relative change in resistances of the device under various types of mechanical deformation. In addition, AC voltage-driven ECL device was fabricated by utilizing the embedded double-layer as an electrode.
