제목 Comparisons of solvent-free concentration methods coupled with GC-MSD for the analysis of gasoline oxygenates
초록 This work describes solvent free isolation and concentration methods for the analysis of gasoline oxygenate in the water. The gasoline oxygenates were extracted using SPE and SPME, purge & trap then analysed by GC/MS with a HP 6890/5973 system equipped with DB-5 MS capillary column. Extraction parameters and chromatographic separation conditions optimized. For each method the effects of different experimental parameters on the extraction efficiency were studied. The analytical result of aqueous sample obtained by each method using optimized analytical parameters was compared each other in terms of sensitivity, dynamic range and detection limit.
