Synthesis of polycarboxylic acid by ATRP for light-cured glass ionomer cements |
| 초록 |
Novel resin modified glass ionomer cements(RMGICs) were fabricated by the successful polymerization of poly(itaconic acids) directly via atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) technique at ambient temperature and the tethering of methacrylate functionality onto polycarboxylic acid backbone, followed by the formulation of the cements with light curable glass fillers. The prepared RMGICs were characterized and used to evaluate their mechanical properties such as compressive strength and shrinkage. |
