Synthesis 1,2,3-Triazole Embedded Polyetherdiol Prepolymer via Click chemistry |

Glycidyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3-triazolyl polyetherdiol, glycidyl-4-propyl-1,2,3-triazolyl polyetherdiol and glycidyl-4-acetyl-1,2,3-triazolyl polyetherdiol were synthesized by copper(I)-catalyzed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition that called ‘Click Chemistry’. This click reaction has very mild reaction conditions and insensitive to water and oxygen. Catalyst used to cupper(II) sulfate pentahydrate (CuSO45H2O) / sodium ascrobate system. Structure and composition of synthesized triazolyl polyetherdiol were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR) and Proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy(1H-NMR). 93% yield with yellow white powder, 94% yield with high viscosity liquid were produced and 94% yield with high viscosity liquid were produced, respectively. |
