제목 3D-printed Catalyst Matter through Powder Bed Additive Manufacturing
초록 SCR of NO with NH3 is the most widely used technology to reduce NOX emissions. Vanadium-based catalysts are commercially used as SCR catalyst, and typical product is fabricated by extrusion, honeycomb type for stationary source. It however causes problems which are long process from making paste to green body containing various additives and limit to manufacturing the complex structure. It can be solved by replacing extrusion to 3D-printing having advantage such as short process time, economic effects by decrease additives, and produce catalysts with a complex structure leading to the improved surface area. To produce a 3D-printed catalyst matter, the catalyst material was granulated to obtain moldability and flowability, and the binders were added to improve strength. Powder bed additive manufacturing can be used for 3D-printing of SCR granule, and further for SiO2-based 3DP-output for coating type. Consequently, SCR performance is evaluated by fixed bed reactor and micro reactor.
