제목 Fabrication of Transparent Electrodes with Low Work Function
초록 Transparent electrode is one of the most important component to realize transparent electronic devices. Recent advances in the field of optoelectronic devices such as photovoltaic cell and light emitting diode (LED) dramatically have derived the development of high-performance transparent electrode. Indium tin oxide (ITO) is a common material for transparent electrode but its high work function causes difficulty to utilize it as cathode electrode of optoelectronic devices which requires low work function. In this research, we adopted the composite of metal mesh structure and graphene to increase conductivity without significant reduce in transparency. The work function of electrode was lowered by adopting organic dopant on graphene film and doping also reduced the sheet resistance of electrode. These results demonstrate a viable way for the fabrication of work function tunable transparent electrodes.
