제목 Solubilization of Chemically Reduced Graphene Oxide through Noncovalent Interaction Using Porphyrin Derivatives as Dispersant
초록 Graphene has received increasing attention due to its extraordinary electrical and structural properties in many applications (More than 100 times electric conductivity than copper, more than 200 times stronger than steel, more than 2 times thermal conductivity than diamonds). Graphene oxide (GO) is simply used for coating because GO is soluble in water but insulating. Therefore a reduction step is needed to make GO from insulator to conductor. But reduced graphene oxide (RGO) is not soluble in water due to its strong cohesive force between graphene plates. To overcome this problem in here, solubilization of RGO is attempted through noncovalent interaction in the presence of hematoporphyrin (HP) or coproporphyrin I dihydrochloride (CP).
