제목 Studies of the Electrical Conductivity and Mechanical Properties of Graphite Nanosheets/Carbon Nanotubes/Epoxy Nanocomposites
초록 In this work, the effect of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) on the electrical and mechanical properties of 4 wt.% graphite nanosheets (GNs)/epoxy nanocomposites was investigated as a function of the MWCNT content. In the results, The electrical conductivity of the nanocomposites showed a considerable increase upon an addition of MWCNTs. This indicates that MWCNTs highly branched between the GNs provided an additional electron pathway. The fracture toughness of the nanocomposites was increased as the MWCNT content increased. This was attributed to the strong interfacial interaction between the MWCNTs and epoxy resins.
