Recent advances in perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have resulted in greater than 23% efficiency with superior advantages such as flexibility and solution process, allowing PSCs to be fabricated by a high-throughput production process. The development of scalable deposition processes is crucial to realize large-area PSCs and modules. In this work, we demonstrated for the first time the fabrication of all-printed PSCs with n-i-p structure on flexible substrates using gravure printing. The resulting all-printed devices showed a PCE of 17.2% using the one-step deposition of perovskite films. In addition, the two-step method of mediator extraction treatment (MET) was employed for the deposition of perovskite films and a high PCE of 9.7% was achieved by all-printed, partly R2R process. Finally, we will introduce our recent progress on fabrication of efficient perovskite solar cells and modules. |
