제목 Ultraclean transfer of Ag electrode patterns by thermal release tape
초록 Silver grid electrodes are promising candidates because of their attractive electrical, thermal, and optical properties, which can be easily tuned by changing the line width, spacing, and thickness of the metal pattern. Here, we presented the method of fabrication of transparent Ag electrodes line-patterns using transfer technique with thermal release tape making them easy to adhere and/or release the substrate. To fabricate a line-patterned Ag electrode, the following steps were performed: preparation of line-patterned recess using thermal-roll imprinting, surface modification using the anti-adhesion PDMS, Ag infilling into the line-patterned recess using a doctor blade process, and fabrication of Ag line-patterned TCE using TRT-assistant transfer methods. As a result of these transfer processes, the Ag line-patterned TCE obtained low sheet resistance and high transparency, which can be tailored on requirement for the use in various electronic applications.
