Synthesis and properties of biopolyamide based thermoplastic elastomer |
초록 |
Multiblock copolymer consisting of nylon as a hard segment and polyether as a soft segment is a important class of thermoplastic elastomer. We synthesized a series of PA-b-PTMG multiblock copolymers using aliphatic long chain polyamides such as PA9, PA10, PA11, PA12 as a hard segment. The polyamides were synthesized by polycondensation of biomass-derived aminoacids. Effects of the polyamide type at a given hard segment content on thermal and mechanical properties of the multiblock copolymer TPEs were investigated. Further, chemical modification of the polyamide block in the multiblock copolymer were performed to enhance the properties of the TPE. The TPE nanocomposites with inorganic nanofillers are discussed as well. |
