제목 Development of low-fogging PP composites for LED lamp housing
초록 In automobile lighting industry, Japanese manufacturer has the largest market share. Especially their headlamps has the advantage of low fogging properties and high durability for LED. To satisfy this requirement, the material properties of the lamp housing parts are important. In this study, we have minimized low molecular weight materials for low fogging properties, controlled filler aspect ratio for high stiffness, and tested the effect of heat stabilizer. As a result, we has developed PP composites with low fogging properties, high stiffness and high heat resistance.
