제목 Effect of shell thickness on the performance of composite anode for SOFC using Ni-YSZ core-shell
초록 Nano-structured cermet anode was fabricated using core-shell structured Ni-YSZ powder formed by a high speed mixing technique. During the heat-treatment with fast heating rate, the Ni core erupted out of the YSZ shell layers, forming uniformly arranged microstructure of Ni-YSZ cermet. The three different thickness of the core-shell (55, 76, 103μm) was prepared and applied to the core-shell structured Ni-YSZ powder. A dense core, a porous core and a core with random-morphology was formed when using 55, 76 and 103μm thickness of the core-shell, respectively. The performance in 97% H2–H2O were measured and compared.
