제목 | High temperature oxidation behaviour of Haynes230 coatedwith LSCF and LSM for solid oxide fuel cell |
초록 | Decreasing the operation temperature of SOFC below 800 °C enables the use of metallic current collects. Haynes230 alloy is one of metallic current collector materials for SOFC because of it's low thermal expansion coefficient. However, Haynes230 alloy can be oxidized at high temperature in air environment. One of the most effective approaches to improve oxidation resistance of metallic materials is to apply surface coatings which reduce the growth of oxide scale. In this study, LSCF and LSM were coated on haynes230 by screen printing and composition, morphology and oxidation behaviour of the coatings were studied in air at 750°C . |
