Fabrication and characterization of gate dielectric with shape-controlled yttrium oxide via solution process |
초록 |
We fabricated organic/inorganic composite layer for printed electronics with low operating voltage. PVP (poly-4-vinylphenol) was used as organic matrix for dispersion and adequate permittivity. At Inorganic filer part, yttrium oxide was selected as a high dielectric material (k = 14-17). Various shapes of yttrium oxide (flake, sheet, wire, tube) were obtained by facile hydrothermal synthesis with subsequent thermal treatment. Organic/inorganic composite layers were fabricated according to the shape via solution process. The surface of synthesized yttrium oxide powder was modified to improve dispersion. Effects of shape and concentration were investigated. Shape-controlled yttrium oxide as high-k material is expected to have improvement of electronic characteristics. |
