제목 High Efficiency Solution-Processed Multi-layer Organic Light Emitting Diodes with Azide-Containing, High Hole-Mobility Photo-Crosslinking Hole-Transporting Polymer
초록 we discuss a new conjugated backbone orientation variation in high hole mobility based copolymer for use in highly-efficient, solution-processed multi-layer OLEDs. The key feature of the new X-polymer is that the photo cross-linking hole transport material with highly fast hole-mobility, which is resistant to the organic solvents, used for high efficiency multilayer structure OLED device through solution processing method. Highly-efficient multi-layer OLEDs were fabricated with a cross-linked, hole-transporting/electron-blocking layer (HTL/EBL) based on these polymers. The efficiency of the device with the crosslinked film of the X-polymer was increased dramatically in comparison to the control device without the X-polymer layer. Thereby demonstrating that our method is suitable for enhancing performance of general solution processed multilayer OLEDs.
