제목 Adhesion and thermal insulation characteristics of porous HTPB-based polyurethane composites
초록 Polyurethane foams have been widely used for thermal insulation as the ultimate energy savers. Compared with other insulating materials, polyurethane foams are highly competitive due to its excellent properties such as low thermal conductivity, high mechanical and chemical stability at both high and low temperatures, low moisture permeability and high compressive strength. To achieve a low thermal conductivity, the materials should contain a large pore volume fraction. We synthesized the thermal insulation. The samples based on HPU. We added 2types of porous particles that HOM MLF-100MCA and HGM H25. After synthesis of two difference types and content of particles in polyurethane insulation composites, then we examined the real thermal insulation properties of polyurethane insulation composites according to the type and content of porous particles. We compared the thermal conductivity and adhesion properties of the composite materials.
