제목 Photopolymers for holographic recording and patterning
초록 Photopolymer films are used as holographic storage media for high density optical data storage. Active photopolymers such as fluorescent or electroactivephotopolymers were explored for laser induced pattern generation via holographic method. Holographic recording on active polymers using a visible laser induced photopolymerization of monomers while inducing physical change around fluorescent or electroactive dopants, to lead spatial diffusion of monomers as well as active dopants. As a result, a stable and grating pattern was formed in surface and through the depth (z-direction). The grating line width and depth could be controlled by incident angles of the interference light. The method could be extended to generate multi-funcioanl pattern, which can be applied to a security and anticounterfeit tag.
