제목 대단위 화학공장의 제반 Risks 예방과 최소화 전략 (Prevention and Minimization Strategy against Various Risks of Complex Chemical Plants)
초록 The purpose of this research is to prevent and minimize against various sorts of risks which could be occurred in the Complex Chemical Plants. At present time, these risks from a practical point of view are latent in their plants in the sides of equipment deterioration, poor overall management/design, whole human errors, and lack of Engineering Philosophy/Ethics in particular etc. And considering at the above-mentioned views, related incidents are sometimes occurring in these plants due to these latent risks. These incidents are directly resulted in serious ecological changes and destruction, and also irrevocably affected human beings, animals and plants and other living things with ruins. So it is necessary to reveal any risks latent in these plants. Accordingly this research will emphasize Engineering Philosophy and Ethics, and analyze latent risks in the plants as well as human errors, natural disasters, facility maintaining management, overall management such as process control/safety/engineering/loss control/scenario study, and YHK’s 10 essential groups for PSTM etc.
