Morphology control of fluorine-doped CoFe2O4/graphene composites for hybrid supercapacitors |
초록 |
A synthesis of fluorine-doped CoFe2O4 sphere/graphene composites is presented in this work. The fluorine-doped CoFe2O4/graphene composite was fabricated by one-pot facile hydrothermal synthesis based on the Ostwald ripening mechanism. Incorporation of fluorine in CoFe2O4/Graphene improves charge transfer in the electrode material and ion diffusion by forming a porous structure that serves as an electrolyte reservoir during the redox reactions. It is also studied that the fluorine concentration affects the formation of structure and electrochemical performance of CoFe2O4/graphene during the hydrothermal process. The fluorine-doped CoFe2O4/Graphene composite exhibits a high specific capacity of 288 C g-1 (at a current density of 1 A g-1) and it has an excellent rate capability of 80% at a current density of 10 A g-1. |
