제목 High workfunction silver nanowire/PEDOT:PSS hybrid transparent electrode and its application to flexible organic light-emitting diodes
초록 We prepared a solution processed flexible transparent electrode comprising silver nanowire and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) doped with polystyrenesulfonic acid (Ag NW/PEDOT:PSS). The hybrid electrode was formed by a simple bar-coating of PEDOT:PSS solution onto the preformed Ag NW network. We could control both the surface resistance and the workfunction of the electrode by changing the Ag NW content and by adding a perfluorinated ionomer into the PEDOT:PSS solution, respectively. The polymer matrix provided not only high workfunction but also topographically and electrically uniform surface by filling the empty space in between the Ag nanowires. The hybrid electrode gave outstanding opto-electrical properties with a surface resistance of ~26 Ω/□ and a transmittance of ~ 93% at 550 nm. Also, it was employed as an anode of flexible organic light-emitting diode (FOLED) and the electroluminescence properties of the device was investigated.
