Hydrophilic drug encapsulated in the Calcaium Alginate Microspheres as drug delivery system |
| 초록 |
The calcium alginate microsphere containing hydrophilic drug were prepared o/w emulsion method. Hydrophilic drug and alginate solution was homogenized and prepared o/w emulsion was prepared. Anaylsis of the diameter and morphology of microsphere was conducted by Scanning electron microspcopy and Optical microspcopy. Hydrophilic drug was encapsulation yield ranging from 50~70%. The release rate of hydrophilic drug was depended on the concentration of CaCl2. The high concentration of CaCl2 slowed down the release rate of drug. |
