Application of Calcium Alginate Microsphere containing Hydrophilic Drug |
| 초록 |
The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of calcium alginate microsphere containing hydrophilic drug. The calcium alginate microsphere containing hydrophilic drug were prepared o/w emulsion method. The diameter and morphology of the prepared microspheres was confirmed by Scanning electron microspcopy and Optical microspcopy. Drug release rate was measured in vitro. These can be considered for efficient drug delivery system. |
