제목 Preparation and temperature-sensitivity of gold nanoparticles with various hydrophobic chain length
초록 The temperature-sensitive gold nanoparticles were prepared with various hydrophobic chain lengths. The poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL) was synthesized by a ring opening polymerization and attached with the hydroxyethyl disulfide self-assembled on the surface of the gold nanoparicles. The chain length of the PCL with hydrophobicity was controlled with the reaction time and determined the loaded amounts of hydrophoic drugs. The poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAAm) was attached at the terminal hydroxyl groups of the PCL and showed the temperature-sensitivity.
