To identify effect of cyclodextrin on LCST of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-octadecylacrylate)(P(NIPAM-co-ODA)) and PNIPAM, turbidities of P(NIPAM-co-ODA) and PNIPAM were measured in cyclodextrin solution at various concentrations. Real system of hydrogel were prepared by adding P(NIPAM-co-ODA) and PNIPAM in hydroxypropyl α-, β-, γ-cyclodextrin(HP α-, β-, γ-cyclodextrin) solution. PNIPAM solution started to be turbid around 32℃,P(NIPAM-co-ODA) was around 28℃. Asincreasing of HP α-, β-, γ-cyclodextrin, LCST of P(NIPAM-co-ODA) was increased because of interaction between ODA andcavitiy of cyclodextrin. |
