제목 | Synthesis and Characterization of PEDOT-based Aqueous Composites for Use in Optoelectronics |
초록 | Conducting polymers(CPs) have spotlighted due to its excellent electrical and optical properties. Especially, Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT) is an excellent CP, but insoluble in any solvents. Therefore, PEDOT is used with polystyrene sulfonate(PSS) which is a negatively charged dopant to be well dispersed in water. However, PEDOT:PSS has some drawbacks such as acidity and hygroscopicity. In this study, PEDOT-based aqueous composites are synthesized by oxidative polymerization. The composites are well dispersed in aqueous solvents, and showed excellent electrical and transparent properties. |
