Immobilization of enzyme into the nanoporous organic networks |
초록 |
Nanoporous organic network membrane was synthesized by blending of organic molecular metwork sol and poly(ethylene glycol). The network sol was synthesized by polymerizing tetrakis(4-aminophenyl)methane and hexamethylene diisocyanate in DMF. When the solvent of mixture was evaporated, the network membrane was generated by washing the PEG with water. Various pore sizes existed and the average pore size was 20~40nm. Penicillin G acylase(PGA) was immobilized by filtration of Penicillin G acylase solution through the nanoporous networks. We confirmed the immobilization of Penicillin G acylase by EDX and CLSM. We also performed the enzymatic synthesis of semi -synthetic ß-lactam antibiotics such as amoxicillin through the PGA immobilized membranes. |
