제목 High efficiency phosphorescent OLEDs using fused indole derivatives as high triplet energy hole transport materials.
초록 We have synthesized high triplet energy hole transport materials derived from fused indole core structure and investigated the device performances of blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes with the hole transport materials. Carbazole, indole and diphenylamine were attached as the functional groups to manage the energy levels and hole transport properties. A high triplet energy over 2.9 eV was obtained in all fused indole based hole transport materials and a high quantum efficiency over 15% could be achieved in blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes.
