제목 A Development of new hypoxia turn-on probe using 1,2-dihydropyrrolo[3,4-b]indolizine-3-one
초록 Oxygen insufficient condition, called 'Hypoxia', is maker of various diseases, such as stroke, heart attack, cancer and vascular diseases. In particular, recent studies indicate hypoxic microenvironment have significant effect on cancer invasion. Therefore, detecting and monitoring hypoxic condition would be useful as diagnostics agents. Because of advantageous features of fluorescence phenomena, such as easy to use, high sensitivity, we utilized 1,2-dihydropyrrolo[3,4-b]indolizine-3-one (Seoul-Fluor) to develop fluorogenic sensor for monitoring and detecting hypoxic condition.
