제목 Discovery, understanding and application of indolizine fluorescent core skeleton
초록 In this seminar, we provide an overview of a indolizine fluorescent molecular framework. Using a concise and practical combinatorial chemistry, we synthesized 75-membered fluorescent-compound library based on indolizine molecular frame work, which we named KIz (Kaleidoscopic Indolizine). For the application, we foresee the KIz platform as an important step stone towards realizing easily accessible computer assisted-molecular recognition system. In addition, we believe new fluorescence core skeleton, KIz, could be used as a versatile palette to develop divergent fluorescent compounds especially for molecular imaging.
