제목 Evaluation of SiOx Nanoparticles Properties as an anode for Lithium Battery
초록 SiOx nanoparticles with the various x-values were synthesized by evaporartion-condensation process using vacuum induction melting system to use an anode material for lithium-ion battery. By controlling the conditions in vacuum chamber during the process, SiOx nanoparticles with the various x-values were synthesized. The characterizations and electrochemical performances on SiOx nanoparticles with the various x-values were investigated by XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS and the conventional half-cell. Crystal phase, microstures, X-value, specific capacity, and coulombic efficiency of SiOx nanoparticles were determined by controlling the atmosphere in vacuum chamber.
