제목 Analytical technique and applications using AAS
초록 Atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) is a spectroanalytical procedure for the qualitative and quantitative determination of chemical elements employing the absorption of optical radiation by free atoms in the gaseous state.
In analytical chemistry, the technique is used for determining the concentration of a particular element in a sample to be analyzed. AAS can be used to determine over 70 different elements in various samples such as electrical materials, environmental samples, chemicals, food products, medicines etc. But the samples having complex matrix is not easy to analyze directly. So it usually needs performing pretreatment of each samples and the discussion about analytical principles and techniques to increase analytical accuracy.
