All-inorganic perovskite is a promising emitting layer in LEDs dueto its high color purity, easy band-gap tuning. To optimize the light-emitting characteristicsof perovskite LEDs (PeLEDs), however, the optoelectronicproperties and stabilities of the device should be further improved topractical applications. Currently, a single layer hole transport layer (HTL) iscommonly used in device, but the organic HTL suffer from its stability issuewhile the inorganic p-type HTL usually exhibited rather lower deviceperformance. Here, we elaborate the electronic properties of PeLEDs byadopting organic-inorganic bilayer-structured hole transport layer usingPEDOT:PSS and NiOX. The enhanced electroluminescence and color purity of thebilayer HTL device confirms the efficacy of newly-designed bilayer HTL totailor the optoelectronic properties of PeLEDs. The organic-inorganic hybridstructure of PEDOT:PSS/NiOX significantly improves the operative stability of thedevice in ambient condition. |
