Self-assembled polymeric nanoparticles with high stability and tumor targetability have been extensively investigated for improved therapeutic effects. However, such particles suffer from poor stability under dilute in vivo condition, resulting in significant toxicity to normal tissues and cells. To synthesize the self-assembled nanoparticles with robust the stability, in this study, we have prepared core-crosslinked hyaluronic acid nanoparticles (CC-HANPs) through a simple core-crosslinking steps. The physicochemical characteristics and stability of the nanoparticles were investigated using transmission electron microscope (TEM), dynamic light scattering (DLS), FT-IR spectroscopy and zeta-potential analyzer. Overall, CC-HANPs might be a promising drug carriers for efficient intracellular drug delivcery. |
