제목 | For cancer therapy with photosensitizer facilated pH sensitive polymeric nanomedicine loaded drug. |
초록 | To treat the various cancer, many carriers have been developed. Especially, one of them is nanoparticles(NP) for drug delivery, which is called nanomedicine. But, they have some limitations such as poor intracellular delivery and low escaping efficiency from endolysosome. Thus, cancer therapy using nanomedicine is required a improve intracellular drug delivery and endolysosomal escape using stimuli-sensitive polymer. In this study, we fabricate the photosensitizer(PS) conjugated pH-sensitive polymeric nanomedicine loaded drug. Our system is sensitive with low pH of tumor microenvironment resulting for the increased drug delivery efficiency. In addition, cancer cell internalization can enhance by generating a single oxygen by PS. We demonstrated a great method in cancer therapy by leading disassemble of nanomedicine due to their pH sensitivity that trigger drug release. |
