제목 pH-sensitive polysaccharide nanoparticles for light triggered cytosolic drug delivery and cancer therapy
초록 we develop a pH-sensitive polysaccharide nanoparticles for light triggered cytosolic drug delivery and cancer therapy (PSP-NP). This pH-responsive synthetic nanocarrier constructed polysaccharide to target cancer using overexpressed receptor. PSP-NP express positive charge at endolysosomal condition (pH 5.0), because pH-responsive amino acid is protonated in acidic pH. Thus, protonated PSP-NP distributed the disassembly of nanoparticle resulting in enhanced intracellular drug delivery. Finally, PSP-NP was demonstrated as a new class of cancer therapy with its improved therapeutic effect on cancer both in vitro and in vivo.
