제목 Synthesis and characterization of polymers having nitroanilide pendant groups
초록 We have synthesized polymers having nitroanilide pendant groups. The polymer backbones were prepared via RAFT polymerization and nitroanilide groups were attached through post-modification. Nitroanilide group show an interesting hydrogen-bonding mode changes depending on solution environment. In polar aprotic solvents such as dimethylsulfoxide and dimethylformamide, the amide moieties of nitroanilide make intermolecular hydrogen-bond while the intramolecular hydrogen bonding is favored in less polar solvent. The nitroanilide groups incorporated in the polymers chains also showed inter- or intra-molecular interactions depending on the solvents.
