제목 Template free a battery-type CuCo2O4/CuO stable electrodes: Cation concentration-dependent electrochemical performance for all-solid-state symmetric supercapacitors
초록 Microstructured CuCo2O4/CuO composite grown on Ni foam (CCO/NF) was prepared by using the solvothermal method. Changing the solvents i.e.; Isopropyl alcohol and DI water in the reaction attained two different morphologies such as microspheres (CCO/NF-IPA) and cross-linked microsheets (CCO/NF-DIW), respectively. The metal (Cu/Co)/O deficiencies have been quantitatively estimated via X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and confirmed by the Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The electrochemical performance of two samples was investigated based on the cation concentration (Cu-deficiency/Co-excess). In both half-cell and full cell, the Co-excess of the CCO/NF-IPA electrode exhibits higher specific capacity and long cyclic performance compared to          CCO/NF-DIW. Under these impressive electrochemical performances, the CCO/NF-IPA can serve as a promising battery-type electrode material toward high-performance symmetric supercapacitors.
