제목 | Facile co-precipitation method to grow LDH, metal selenides, or sulfides on the surface of Nickel foam for electrochemical reaction. |
초록 | Since the activity of electrochemical catalyst is greatly affected by conductivity, many studies have been conducted to increase catalytic activity by growing catalysts on the surface of conductive substrates. In particular, metal foam as substrate can facilitate electrochemical reactions by high conductivity, large specific surface area and porous structure. Currently, hydrothermal synthesis and electrodeposition are usually used for growing catalysts on the conductive substrate. these methods are simple, but they are difficult to scale-up in terms of mass-production for commercialization. In this study, we successfully synthesized LDH, Metal Selenides, and Sulfides on the surface of Ni foam, a commercial support, by using the co-precipitation method applicable to the batch reactor used in the existing industrial field. The performance of synthesized catalysts is currently being measured, and the results of this study are expected to help commercialize electrochemical catalysts. |
