Perovskite solar cells show high power conversion efficiency, however, the cost of hole extraction layer, precise additives doping, air-thermal-moisture stability are challenging tasks for the commercial applications. In the present talk, we focused the current strategies in perovskite photovoltaics for making stable perovskite solar cells towards air-thermal-moisture stability via low-cost, easily processed components without hampering its efficiency and shared our views towards commercialization. We have demonstrated high efficiency for large area device, demonstrating that the developed method is simple, cost effective and promising towards large area device fabrication. Furthermore, we will discuss the air-thermal-stability improvement via implementation of the low-cost inorganic electro transporting layer for all-metal-oxide based inverted (p-i-n) solar cells and thermally stable inorganic hole transporting materials. |
