제목 Development of COVID-19 biosensors for antigen detection
초록 Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a newly emerged human infectious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). In the global pandemic situation, development of cheap, rapid, accurate, and easy-to-use diagnostic test is necessary for the immediate response to the emerging viral threat. Here, we report the development of graphene-based field effect transistor (FET) biosensor and lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA)-based rapid diagnostic test (RDT) for COVID-19 diagnosis. The performance of the COVID-19 biosensors was determined using antigen protein, cultured virus, and nasopharyngeal swab specimens from COVID-19 patients.
