Recently, the importance of the secondary battery industry is increasing, and the scale of the battery-related industry is developing day by day in many fields. The increase in capacity and charging speed of a battery is one of the important factors. Lithium-ion batteries currently have a slow charge/discharge rate. In this paper, in order to solve this problem, lithium ion capacitors using black phosphorus are being manufactured. Black phosphorus is a two-dimensional material such as graphene, and has the characteristic of being able to control reaction sites with an armchair structure. Utilizing these characteristics, a surface redox reaction was induced, and a reaction as a capacitor was elicited. Solvent heat treatment synthesis was used for synthesis. Analysis and electrochemical data measurement were performed for analysis. Through this experiment, it can be expected to increase the usability of lithium ion capacitors and the usability of black phosphorus. |
