제목 | Mesoporous Scattering Particles for Efficient Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells |
초록 | Solar Cells are in intense researches by many researchers because solar light has many merits. In those, Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells are regarded as third-generation representatives because of its low cost and easy fabrication methods. 12.3% conversion efficiency cell was already made via exploitation of 20 nm anatase particles sensitized by zinc-porphyrin dye. Herein, we produce DSSC with scattering layer. Scattering layer can improve solar cell efficiency by extending light pathway in photoanode layer. Different with normal scattering layer, this research introduced mesoporous scattering particles for scattering layer. By this way, we found improved diffusion properties, light scattering properties. All properties are characterized by various tools like IPCE. |
