제목 Preparation of Pt-Graphene & SiO2 composite membranes for low humidifying PEMFC
초록 Pt-Graphene(Pt-G) were prepared by in situ deposition of Pt on graphene oxide(GO) from microwave assisted polyol method. Commercial SiO2 and Pt-G were used to fabricate hybrid type composite membrane. Nafion/Pt-G/SiO2 composite membranes were prepared and applied to PEMFC under various ratio of Pt-G and SiO2 such as 1 : 1, 1 : 1.5, 1:2 for 0.5 wt%, 1.5 wt% and 3.0 wt% of Pt-G content in composite membrane, respectively. Pt-G were characterized using XRD, FT-IR and TG/DTA. Proton conductivities and water uptakes of so-obtained membranes were also measured and membrane electrolyte assemblies (MEA) were fabricated with commercial Pt/C as a catalyst with Pt-loadings of 0.2 mg/cm2 and 0.3 mg/cm2 at anode and cathode, respectively. The cell test was also conducted under various humidity conditions such as 0 %, 40 %, 60 % and 100 %.
