제목 | PVDF Based Piezoelectric Energy Harvester with Enhanced Performance Using Organic-Organic Composite Electrode |
초록 | Piezoelectric energy harvester(PEH) is a promising technology for the low powered system. PEH converts unused mechanical energy to electrical energy. It can be applied to various portable and flexible electric fields. In the case of flexible electronics, all of the materials in devices should be flexible and durable from external force. Poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) is a good candidate for piezoelectric materials, and conducting polymer(CP) is one of promising materials for flexible electrodes. In this study, a CP was synthesized by oxidative polymerization. The polymer is hydrophobic, which is good matching with PVDF. PEDOT:PSS could not form a layer on PVDF due to its hydrophilic property. However, it is possible to introduce PEDOT:PSS into the electrode together with the synthesized CP. The PEH with the organic-organic composite electrode showed higher performance than the one with single organic electrode. |
