제목 Numerous Quantum dots Embedded Silica Nanoparticles for Highly sensible detection system.
초록 In this research, we made uncomplicated, highly sensitive and extensive dynamic diagnosis system established on quantum dots (QDs) embedded SiO2 nanoparticles (QD2) and magnetic bead (MB). An immuno-complex composed of QD2 and M-bead is produced when target antigens present in sample. The QD2s consist of multiple QDs indicated 1,000 folds powerful photo-luminescence (PL) more than common QDs and furthermore altered ligand without difficulty on their surface. Streptavidin was sensed in the range of 100zM to 1uM in a model study established on biotin-streptavidin interaction. When we tested the system with avian virus (H1N1 influenza virus), the system can detect in the range of 32 x 10-5 hemagglutination unit (HAU) to 3.2 HAU. This figure means that our system is 520 times more sensitive than hemagglutination assay and comparable to PCR. Our system can detect target biomarker susceptibly without amplifying step. Hence, it is a promising method which can apply to bio-chemical fields.
