Highly Sensitive Iron Oxide Nanoparticles-embedded Silver Nanoshell for Label-free SERS Detection |
초록 |
SERS (Surface-enhanced Raman scattering) is an efficient imaging technique for multiplexed analysis of various targets because it has distinct signal pattern with narrow band width and stable against photobleaching. In order to obtain strong SERS signals, the structure of metal substrate is very important. Thus, various attempts have been made to develop new type of metal substrate for sensitive detection of targets in low concentration. Here, we have synthesized a new type of SERS nanoprobe which has iron oxide nanoparticles at core part, and silver shell at outer part. The surface structure of silver shell is bumpy, which could lead to the formation of ‘hot spots’, affording strong SERS signal. Besides, SERS signal could be further intensified by magnetic-induced aggregation. The nanoprobe could offer greater sensitivity for detection of various targets in low concentration. |
