제목 The effect of electric and mechanical properties of Cu/Fe/Co-coated carbon fibers
초록 In this work, effects of post heat treatment on electrical and mechanical properties of Cu/Fe/Co-coated carbon fibers were investigated. The morphological and microstructural properties of carbon fibers were observed by means of a scanning electron microscopy and an X-ray diffraction, respectively. The Fe/Co composition (Cu content is fixed.) on the surface of carbon fibers was observed using both an energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and inductively coupled plasma. The electrical properties of carbon fibers coated with Fe/Co alloys were measured by a 4-point probe method. The mechanical interfacial properties of which between alloy layer and fiber surface and between the layer and polymer matrix before and after the post heat treatment were also investigated in terms of interfacial shear strength.
