제목 Intrinsically Stretchable and Transparent Semiconducting Layer for Flexible Organic Transistors
초록 This study introduces an intrinsically stretchable and transparent organic semiconducting layer. Blending organic semiconductor nanowires (NWs) with an elastomeric and transparent polymer yielded semiconductor NW networks embedded in the elastomeric matrix. Transistors with our blend active layers exhibited device performances comparable to those of a device with homo-semiconductor NWs due to the percolated networks of the semiconductor NWs with a high crystallinty and a large aspect ratio. The blend active layer showed excellent electrical and mechanical stretching stabilities at high strains unlike the homo-semiconductor NW system. We believe that our research offer a basis for creating new stretchable and transparent electronic devices.
