제목 A study of pyrolysis of halogen-free phosphorus flame retardants(FR) in plasticized cellulose diacetate (CDA) resin
초록 The effects of three different halogen-free flame retardants (FRs), including hydroquinone bis-diphenyl phosphate (HDP), triaryl phosphate isopropylated (TPI) and tricresyl phosphate (TCP) on plasticized cellulose diacetate (CDA) were studied. There was 1 ~ 2 wt. % of phosphorus content in each FR/CDA resin for melting extrusion. All of FRs showed the effect of plasticization, and it was determined by analyzing mechanical properties and DSC thermal analyzing. Different pyrolysis mechanism of each FR/CDA resin was investigated by analyzing TGA and LOI. Also, the efficiency of FRs was confirmed by cone calorie meter.
